Why endotoxin and sterility are different tests
Endotoxin and sterility are different analytical endpoints. A result for one is not a substitute for a result for the other. Neither is established by an HPLC purity percentage.
For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
A documentation table should have separate rows for each test and show the method, result and source where available. This makes omissions visible and prevents a broad testing badge from implying evidence that the certificate does not supply.
Reading checklist
- Use separate endpoint rows
- Link each reported test to evidence
- Do not infer one endpoint from another
