Preserving meaning in chemical name formatting

Chemical notation can use letter case and punctuation meaningfully. Editing a name for visual consistency should not remove stereochemical, sequence or terminal information.

For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Preserve an exact source field alongside any display-friendly label. If formatting changes would alter the interpretation, keep the scientific notation intact and solve the visual problem in the page layout instead.
