Why the issuing laboratory belongs beside each result
The issuing laboratory is a property of an individual certificate. A collection with reports from several laboratories should name the laboratory beside each record rather than assign one name to the entire archive.

Use the source document to resolve the field. If the document does not identify the laboratory clearly, do not infer it from neighboring files or a similar layout. Naming the issuer makes later verification and method comparisons possible.
