What baseline integration changes in a chromatogram

Chromatographic integration depends on how the baseline and peak boundaries are treated. Those choices affect the areas used in a reported calculation.

For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

When a result looks unusual, first check the source chromatogram and the laboratory's result table. Do not redraw a baseline from a small screenshot and substitute the resulting estimate for the issued report. Any reanalysis should be clearly distinguished from the original result.
